Customer Reviews
Solid Paris tour, small app issue
I used Tootbus for a Paris Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The bus routes covered all the main attractions and the audio guide was helpful. I liked that the buses were electric, felt better about that. My only small gripe was the app was a bit slow to update bus locations sometimes. It didn't ruin the tour, but could be smoother. Good value for what you get, especially with a family ticket.
Good deal on Brussels tour
I was looking for an affordable way to see Brussels and found Tootbus. I got a good price on the Brussels Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour by booking a multi-day pass. It felt worth the money. The bus ran on time for the most part and allowed me to explore at my own pace without spending a fortune on taxis. Definitely a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers.
Detailed London experience
I purchased tickets for the London Discovery Tour along with an London Eye Combo. Ordering online was straightforward, and I received the confirmation emails quickly. The Tootbus app was easy to download and use for checking bus times. We started our tour near Trafalgar Square. The bus itself was clean and the audio guide provided good information about the landmarks. We hopped off at the Tower of London, spent a few hours there, then got back on. The frequency of the buses was decent, usually waiting no more than 15-20 minutes. The London Eye part of the combo was also well-coordinated. No issues with scanning tickets. The staff on the bus were polite when we had a question about a stop. It rained a bit, but the covered section of the bus was comfortable. For someone wanting a comprehensive view of London without organizing every detail themselves, this package worked very well.
Loved the Paris tour
Oh my goodness, the Paris by Night Tour was absolutely amazing! The city lights were just beautiful and it was such a magical way to see everything. The open-top bus gave the best views. My daughter loved it too. We had such a fantastic time. I will definitely be booking another tour with Tootbus next time we travel. So happy with this purchase!
Easy London tour
Booked the London Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour. It was good. The bus came regularly. Saw a lot of sights. Good way to see the city quickly. Would use again.

Can you actually cancel a ticket if plans change? Or are they super strict once you've booked?
Does anyone know how often the buses actually come around? Don't want to be waiting ages at a stop in Paris.
Are these Tootbus tours actually any good compared to, say, Big Bus Tours? Thinking of booking for Paris and can't decide.
Anyone done the London Bar Bus? Wondering if the family discount would apply to that ticket or if it's strictly for the regular sightseeing tours.
Hey, thinking of booking the London hop-on hop-off for next month. Does anyone know if they usually have any student discounts floating around? Trying to save a few quid.
